(Our short kits do not come with plans. We apologize for the inconvienence. Check our [information] page for a list of links to plans services. )

+ Our online customer service is available Monday-Friday from 12-6 CT. We will get back to within that time with an e-mail. If you would like to phone in your order, our number is (940) 766-2667.

+ We have (4) four different ways to pay:

Shipping

We ship primarily by FedEx. As every order is different and thus weighs differently every time, we cannot know how much shipping will be until we have packed up your order and weighed it. In order to do this, we will need to have a confirmed order before we start.

+ It takes about a week for us to cut your kit, pack it, and ship it to your address if its already in our library.
